ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and automate dashboards for Senior Management that would facilitate the decision making process
- Develop, enhance, distribute and document ad-hoc reports for senior management
- Review reports, analyze for key findings, and present to senior management and/or the CIO.
- Consult with internal stakeholders to understand business issues and translate them into functional and non functional requirements
- Conducts cross-functional meetings, as needed, to interview a designated group of users to understand and address needs, define problems appropriate solution requirements, develop specifications, analyze and document business processes.
- Evaluate business processes to improve understanding of the impact of people, process and tool/application performance
- Determining the as-is state of process work, identifying business processes in the organization, and obtaining the context in which the process is performed and the value generated, the pain points that exist and possible solutions to address that create efficiencies within the process
- Drive process analysis across all involved functions and stakeholders
- Requirements gathering, analysis and determination of recommended solutions
- Business process mapping, including identification of change impacts and needed business controls
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or BS in Engineering
- Minimum five years of experience in the evaluation, analysis, and optimization of operational processes.
- Excellent understanding of project management fundamentals.
- General understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
- Hands-on knowledge and experience executing and managing implementation project tasks

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish). Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS
The responsibilities of this position require continuous interaction with colleagues.

The position requires sitting, standing and walking associated with a normal office environment, talking and hearing. This position requires weight to be lifted or force to be exerted up to 10 pound.
ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS
While working the employee is exposed to a general normal office environment. Employee may work occasional evening or weekend work. The noise in the work environment is moderate.
