Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Configure and maintain network equipment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their network requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Implement network upgrades, patches, and security protocols.
• Monitor network performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in network support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
• Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Industry certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
